In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days after the cancellation request. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation will be entitled nor any modification in orders will be made.

What products cannot be returned?

  1. Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products.
  2. Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  3. Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
