In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days after the cancellation request. What products cannot be returned?

- Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc within 10 days of receipt of the product.
